The NLU18MHL is looking for a high energy individual for the position of Administrator for our new U16 division.  Starting with the 2026/27 season, the League will double in size with the addition of a five team U16 division: to mirror our U18 division.  And because you are a strong communicator with experience in public relations, we need you to use these skills to promote and grow the new division!

As a detail-oriented applicant, with a strong history of hockey management and operations, you will work closely with the league executives, team owners, and Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador to help us grow and expand.

Your strong knowledge of U14 and U15 elite AAA hockey within Newfoundland and Labrador as well as Atlantic Canada, gives you the insight as to the elevated level of expectation as these players age into U16.

You have a superior knowledge of the HCR system which allows you to meet strict deadlines at various times during the season as set by HC, HNL and the NLU18MHL.  This is vital!  And you bring other hockey skills to this position such as fiscal management (from both a league and team perspective); problem solving (there will be many); NCCP; and most importantly, you are a team player!
